Apparently James's sister needed desperetely to fly to Ireland for a funeral, but could not find a flight. Then came brilliant brother to the rescue and auctioned her on ebay until someone would fly her with the requirement that the buyer will treat her nicely. The prince was found who ultimately flew her by helicopter and became her beau for the last 18 months...
And just when I thought James Blunt was successfull!
